Next week, the Kings of Copper Trilogy is coming to GalaxyCon Richmond!
March 19-22 at the Richmond Convention Center. Four days, booth 1430. This is my first major con and I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous and a lot excited.
I've spent the last few weeks building something ridiculous for this booth. I can't show you all of it yet, but picture a thieves' guild fence stall dropped into the middle of a convention floor. Canvas, purple velvet, copper on display, and a map of Azoria spread across the table. It's the kind of booth where you stop and ask questions, which is exactly the point.
Both By Hook & Crook and Thiefcatcher will be there, signed on the spot. I'll also have character bookmarks, prints, and a few other pieces of Azoria you can take home with you. Hells… a book three title announcement might even happen there.
And there's a raffle! Real copper, custom-stamped with the mark of Azoria. Sign up at the booth and you're entered. I'll be drawing the winners throughout the weekend.
The guest list alone is absurd. Hayden Christensen, William Shatner, Ming-Na Wen, Kevin Smith, the entire Flash cast, Tara Strong, the Hazbin Hotel crew, Danny Glover, Temuera Morrison. I'm going to be setting up my little thieves' guild stall in the same building as Anakin Skywalker and Captain Kirk. That hasn't fully sunk in yet.
